Objectives
Objectif principal : to demonstrate the non inferiority of rivaroxaban versus LMWH in the primary prevention of symptomatic thromboembolic events (pulmonary embolism or deep vein thrombosis) in patients with orthopedic immobilization for lower limb trauma and considered as high thrombotic risk according to TRiP(cast) score (≥ 7)
