Objectifs
Objectif principal : To demonstrate the superiority of full-dose AC therapy alone on the risk of clinically relevant bleeding, when compared to the combined AP and full-dose AC therapies, in patients with acute VTE previously receiving antiplatelet for secondary arterial prevention (at the time of VTE diagnosis).
